Atlantic City Boys & Girls Club cooking class teaches kids kitchen fundamentals

The cooking class at the Boys & Girls Club in Atlantic City prepared a massaged kale salad with pepitas and a carrot and chickpea salad with zaatar on Thursday. Owner of Steve and Cookie's, Cookie Till began the program to teach kids how to be comfortable in the kitchen. The class will prepare a meal for the upcoming Men R' Cookin' event on Wednesday, benefiting the Boys & Girls Club.
